Our guarantee to you is this: we will always confirm your order personally in a reasonable amount of time, generally one to two business days (often immediately!). We will always ship your order within 2 business days, unless we are out of an item or it is a special order. In that case, we will inform you and allow you to determine whether to wait or chose another item or a refund. Because we are so small, we do not carry a great deal of stock ~we will strive to put a notice up about unavailabity as soon as possible.
